What services does Laser Legends offer?

Do you offer same-day engraving?
Yes! Many orders can be completed within 6 hours, depending on the complexity and material. Just ask when ordering—Darwin locals love our speedy service.
What materials can you engrave?
We work with acrylic, ABS, stainless steel, aluminium, wood, cork rubber, and more. If you’re unsure whether your item can be engraved, send us a message or pop into the shop.

Where is Laser Legends located?
We’re based in Darwin, NT. You’ll find us at 4/63 Winnellie Road, Winnellie. Plenty of parking, and we’re easy to spot!
Do you service areas outside Darwin?
Absolutely. While most of our customers are from Darwin and Palmerston, we ship Australia-wide. Remote orders are welcome.
What are your opening hours?
We’re open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, and Saturday by appointment. Closed Sundays and public holidays.

Can you create custom ABS signs?
Yes! We specialise in ABS signs for offices, safety signage, machinery, and more. We cut and engrave in-house using laser precision.
Can I provide my own artwork or logo?
Of course. We accept vector files like SVG, AI, or PDF. Don’t have a file? Our team can help design something for you.
Do you engrave serial numbers or QR codes?
Yes, we laser mark serial numbers, QR codes, and barcodes for equipment, compliance, and asset management.
Are Your Signs Compliant?
Our signage complies with national safety standards as outlined by Safe Work Australia.
📦 Orders & Turnaround
What is the usual turnaround time?
Most jobs are completed within 1–2 business days. Simple jobs like trophies or tags can often be done same-day.
How do I place an order?
You can order online, call us directly, or visit the shop. We’re happy to take artwork files and job specs via email.
Is there a minimum order?
Nope! Whether it’s one item or one hundred, we’ve got you covered.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes—bulk pricing applies to large runs of signs, tags, and engraved items. Great for tradies, businesses, and NT government contracts.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card, EFT, cash, and purchase orders for approved accounts. Easy and flexible.
Do you offer refunds or reprints?
If there’s an error on our end, we’ll fix or replace it ASAP. Just bring it back in or call us right away.
Can I cancel an order?
If your job hasn’t gone to print yet, we can cancel or update it. Custom orders already engraved may incur a fee.
Is my information kept private?
Absolutely. We don’t share your artwork or personal details. Everything stays secure and local.
