At Laser Legends Darwin, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality laser engraving and laser-engraved products. We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to the Australian Consumer Law.
2. Change of Mind
Please note that Laser Legends Yeti Engraver Darwin does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. We encourage our customers to carefully review their orders before finalizing the purchase.
3. Damaged or Faulty Products
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from the description provided, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement.
4. Process for Returns
- Notification: Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the product, providing a detailed description and photographs of the issue.
- Evaluation: We will evaluate your return request in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
- Return Approval: If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
- Refund/Replacement: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund or send a replacement.
5. Custom Engraved Products
Custom engraved products that are free from defects or faults are not eligible for return or refund, as they are personalized and cannot be resold. If the custom product is damaged or has manufacturing faults, please contact us for assistance.
6. Shipping Costs
- If your return is approved, Laser Legends Darwin will bear the shipping cost for returning faulty or damaged items.
- In the case of an approved return, we will reimburse or cover the cost of return postage.
7. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
8. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
